We seek a proactive and strategic Talent Management Officer (Executive) to help us build, grow, and retain a high-performing team. In this role, you will drive talent strategies that support our fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You’ll partner closely with project, product, and leadership teams to shape the employee journey—from onboarding and development to performance and retention.

Partner with CTO and COO to anticipate future skill needs and align talent initiatives with product roadmaps.
Design and implement scalable talent frameworks for different teams.
Drive career pathing for consultant and technical roles.
Learning & Development
Build and manage learning initiatives tailored for technical teams (e.g., upskilling, cross-training, peer-led learning).
Curate and implement resources for self-paced learning
Develop an in-house knowledge management system
Launch leadership development programs for senior team members and first-time tech managers.
Performance & Growth
Strengthen performance management systems with regular feedback loops, OKRs, and growth plans.
Guide managers in setting developmental goals and tracking employee progress.
Facilitate 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and skip-level check-ins where needed.
Culture & Engagement
Lead initiatives that support employee engagement, wellbeing, and psychological safety—especially within distributed teams.
Promote V-Work’s Organic Learning Organization (OLO) learning framework and culture.
Conduct stay interviews and help turn feedback into actionable improvements.
Champion inclusive hiring and development practices across technical teams.
Talent Analytics & Tools
Use talent metrics (e.g., retention risk, promotion rates, engagement scores) to guide strategic decisions.
Develop Training and Coaching Need Analysis from the 360-degree performance feedback system.
Leverage knowledge management and performance systems to streamline operations.
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience in talent management, Learning & Development, or HR within tech or digital companies.
Obsessed with personal development and productivity frameworks
Proven track record of driving talent programs that result in measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels, including technical leaders and C-level stakeholders.
Data-savvy with a practical approach to using people analytics.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience supporting fully remote teams.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical team structures.
Familiarity with tools like HR information system, learning management system, and content creation app
Certifications in coaching, talent development, or agile HR.
Familiar with productivity frameworks such as Lean, Kaizen, Amoeba, Dot Collector, Baseball Card etc.
