About the role and the team:

The Talent Advisor role is an essential business role at Randstad Sourceright (RSR). There is an increased client need for Talent Advisors to deliver strategic value across our clients. Talent Advisors enable creative solutions, drive innovation and become the strategic partner for our clients in this dynamic talent market.

Aligned to an RPO or MSP client program, you are part of a global Talent Advisor community.

We are seeking Talent Advisor to join our client in Malaysia, for 2 years contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Data & Solution Analysis

  • Develop a clear understanding of the client’s current organizational landscape, challenges, and future goals.
  • Gather market intelligence from internal and external sources, including market insight reports.
  • Analyze market trends, recruitment tools, and methodologies to enhance talent strategies.
  • Integrate internal insights with external market data to create actionable recommendations.
  • Navigate various processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify creative solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Operations Managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a culture of Talent Advisory within the client’s organization.
  • Lead client conversations, diagnose recruitment challenges, and propose effective talent solutions with support from Senior/Principal Talent Advisors and subject matter experts.
  • Define and develop sustainable, innovative business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Connect client stakeholders with Randstad Sourceright (RSR) subject matter experts for complex talent challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of Randstad’s global Talent Advisor community.
  • Drive talent strategy for assigned business functions in collaboration with global sourcing teams.
  • Partner with Sourcing Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Advisors worldwide to enhance the candidate experience.

Administration & Reporting

  • Create advanced reports to support internal and external Talent Advisory strategies.
  • Manage talent systems within assigned business functions.
  • Analyze recruitment data, highlighting key insights to improve processes.
  • Oversee screening and assessment of shortlisted candidates.

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • Relevant experience in RPO, MSP, recruitment, or sourcing.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management at an operational level.
  • Experience within Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing, Technician hiring, highly advantageous.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of RPO/MSP models.
  • Expertise in sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in Talent Advisory.
