We are seeking Talent Advisor located in Johore Bahru, Malaysia for 12-months contract assisting Singapore hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Data & Solution Analysis

  • Develop a clear understanding of the client’s current organizational landscape, challenges, and future goals.
  • Gather market intelligence from internal and external sources, including market insight reports.
  • Analyze market trends, recruitment tools, and methodologies to enhance talent strategies.
  • Integrate internal insights with external market data to create actionable recommendations.
  • Navigate various processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify creative solutions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including MSP Specialists
  • Diagnose recruitment challenges, and propose effective talent solutions
  • Define and develop sustainable, innovative business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Connect stakeholders with Randstad Sourceright (RSR) subject matter experts for complex talent challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of Randstad’s global Talent Advisor community.
  • Drive talent strategy for assigned business functions in collaboration with global sourcing teams.
  • Partner with Sourcing Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Advisors worldwide to enhance the candidate experience.

Administration & Reporting

  • Create advanced reports to support internal and external Talent Advisory strategies.
  • Manage talent systems within assigned business functions.
  • Analyze recruitment data, highlighting key insights to improve processes.
  • Oversee screening and assessment of shortlisted candidates.

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • Relevant experience in RPO, MSP, recruitment, or sourcing.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management at an operational level.
  • Experience within Semiconductor Manufacturing industry, Contract hiring, highly advantageous.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of RPO/MSP models.
  • Expertise in sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in Talent Advisory.
