Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify and source appropriate talent for current and future open roles within the organization.
  2. Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  3. Manage both external and internal hiring efforts (including assessment of employees from Biocon India) for middle management or more senior roles.
  4. Optimize the use of social media for passive candidate sourcing and proactively build a robust candidate pipeline for critical and startup roles.
  5. Explore international markets, especially from neighboring countries, to attract candidates and promote diversity in recruitment.
  6. Enhance employer branding by engaging with universities and attracting graduates for project-based or entry-level programs. Participate in employment events such as career fairs and industry events to increase Biocon's visibility.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms, managing the procurement and measurement processes.
  8. Track applicants effectively through the selection process up to onboarding.
  9. Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  10. Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and work environment.
  11. Stay informed about market conditions and utilize this information to benefit the company.
  12. Prepare recruitment reports to monitor costs, timelines, and other key metrics.
  13. Assist in HR ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  14. Work effectively as part of the team with management and HR staff.
  15. Perform other duties as delegated by superiors.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
