An established industry player is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee recruitment activities and ensure business needs are met. Supervise recruitment activities of the team to ensure business needs are fulfilled and SLAs are met.
Conduct end-to-end on-ground hiring processes, responsible for senior level positions and above, including liaising with hiring managers for hiring direction.
Handle complex role hiring and stakeholder management.
Monitor candidate pipeline, facilitate new hire processes, generate leads, and utilize various recruitment channels.
Maintain accuracy and documentation of candidate database.
Assist with SOP and workflow management, process improvements.
Monitor team performance and assist with reporting.
Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media management, and branding opportunities.
Perform other HR functions and assist with ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.
Working Days: 5 Days / Week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
