Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Recruitment)

Supervise recruitment activities of the team to ensure business needs are fulfilled and SLAs are met.

Conduct end-to-end on-ground hiring processes, responsible for senior level positions and above, including liaising with hiring managers for hiring direction.

Handle complex role hiring and stakeholder management.

Monitor candidate pipeline, facilitate new hire processes, generate leads, and utilize various recruitment channels.

Maintain accuracy and documentation of candidate database.

Assist with SOP and workflow management, process improvements.

Monitor team performance and assist with reporting.

Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media management, and branding opportunities.

Perform other HR functions and assist with ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.

Working Days: 5 Days / Week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house preferred).
  • At least 1 year in a senior or leadership role with team management experience.
  • Good command of English & Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient with computer software; basic social media management and content creation skills preferred.
  • Understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Organizational skills with a systematic approach.
  • Responsible, works with urgency, and performs under tight timelines.
