Job Description

  • Lead and manage a small team of recruiters, overseeing the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer management.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and effectively sourcing top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, improve interview techniques, and refine candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics (e.g., cost per hire, response rates) to ensure goals are met efficiently and effectively.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with strong expertise in internal hiring and talent sourcing within an MNC environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a small recruitment team while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques, including tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Willing and able to work on-site, 5 days a week at the office located in Petaling Jaya (PJ).
