Job description

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for delivering consistent high-quality process execution and excellence support to both TA’s internal & external customer on recruitment queries, while driving process improvements proactively
  • Develops proposes solutions for complex issues to customers, if needed in alignment with team lead
  • Liaison with the branding/ advertisement agency for Employer Branding for coordination matter
  • Others support deemed needed to smooth the recruitment experience of the customers (Eg: Background check & AON assessment)
  • Able to manage the adhoc queries within 48 hours upon escalated (enablement of WD functionalities to HM, candidate pool management etc.)
  • Proactive maintenance of PSL per country in compliance with Master Data governance (Eg: providing analysis report)
  • Identifies mid complex operational problems and solves them independently, if needed approaches right stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented mindset and expresses improvement ideas to Expert/ Team lead based on data and examples
  • Ensures that HR Operations standards and guidelines are followed & complied

  • Establishes improvements to ensure quality for their own work, e.g. 4-eye-principle
  • Proactively improves the work quality on a daily basis

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in support function role
  • Proficiency or Expert level in using data analysis tool of Microsoft Excel 365 or Power BI/ Tableu
