Job description

Drive Talent Acquisition needs aligned with the business plan, fulfilling the right matched pipeline vacancies in the organization through the full hiring cycle, including job approval, job posting, search and selection, offering, and pre-onboarding.

Promote diverse recruiting channels for fulfillment, aiming for cost and time efficiency to achieve recruiting annual metrics.

Measure recruiting performance by preparing reports and dashboards. Effectively manage recruiting channels to meet strategic and operational needs. Channels include, but are not limited to, internal sources, direct search, talent pool mapping, social media, referrals, campus recruiting, and agencies.

Build competitive market maps to enhance talent market insights and pipeline development.

Employer Branding

Lead talent acquisition campaigns to improve recruiting effectiveness and strengthen employer branding across Southeast Asia countries.

Employee Learning & Development

Support the organization of local learning activities and analyze learning needs.

Collaborate with the Talent Management team to support local talent development programs.

Technical/Skill Requirements:

Required: Solid end-to-end recruiting experience with excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and coordination skills. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

Note: We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Experience with TA COE project design and implementation is highly valued.

SEA market exposure is an advantage.

Experience with ATS or greenfield projects is an advantage.
