Role Overview

In this role, you will support the Digital Business across various verticals such as Financial Services, Public Sectors, and Mid Markets. As a member of the APME Talent Acquisition Group, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop creative strategies for sourcing the best talent locally, regionally, and globally if needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
  2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job boards, social media channels, and within internal networks to encourage referrals.
  3. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.
  4. Screen resumes and job applications.
  5. Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates efficiently.
  6. Coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders to ensure timely processes.
  7. Ensure open requirements are closed within defined SLAs.
  8. Build and maintain rapport with stakeholders such as vendors, delivery teams, and background verification teams.
  9. Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  10. Apply HR recruiting best practices and monitor their effectiveness.
  11. Provide detailed recruiting reports and analytics to the team.
  12. Act as a point of contact, fostering influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
Qualifications
  • At least 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in technical recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating active, passive, and aspiring candidates.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management, and collaboration software.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and drive results using data.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or in an agency setting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in various selection processes.
