Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to: People Partner of APAC

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: requisition approval, role briefing, sourcing strategy, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
  • Use tools like Workable to enhance hiring workflows and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with job boards, agencies, and recruitment vendorscontinuously improving terms and relationships.
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, reducing early attrition to zero.
  • Tailor global onboarding and employer branding strategies to suit local market needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment and HR KPIs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in partnership with People and business leaders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within an international and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEA/China labor markets and recruitment marketing practices.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
  • Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, Workable & LinkedIn).
  • Structured, clear communicator with strong time management.
  • Confident decision-maker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail with a good sense of design and presentation.
  • Open to feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
