As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, we’re looking for a dynamic and people-centric Recruiter to join our team! This role is all about finding the best talent to match our growing organizational needs. You'll partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and create a stellar candidate experience. This position is located at Melaka.

This = the job you are looking for:

  • You’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Source potential candidates via databases, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain communication with all candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports for monthly meetings.
  • Assist in amplifying our employer brand through participation in recruitment activities, including career fairs and on-site interviews.
  • Expect periodic involvement in HR operations based on organizational requirements.

  • Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally for technical roles in a software driven environment.
  • Proficient in hiring skilled technical professionals to meet evolving business needs.
  • Skilled in leveraging diverse sourcing channels and tools to implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with clear and professional communication.
  • Familiar with technical terminology, job functions, and business requirements to accurately assess and attract the right talent.
