Job description

· Maintain the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.

· Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, including but not limited to: job postings, employee referral programs, direct sourcing.

· Develop and maintain talent pools for the organization. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.

· Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.

· Review employment applications and background check reports.

· Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.

· Represent the company internally and externally at events to network and build relationships with potential candidate communities.

· Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.

· Develop, maintain, and update monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

· Communicate regularly with Business Units to understand the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.

· Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

· Act as a business partner to relevant business units, providing valuable talent insights based on market information.
