As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality candidates who align with the company's strategic goals and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and consolidate the recruitment needs of various departments, aligning them with the current organizational structure and business growth strategies to develop the annual recruitment plan.
- Establish and continuously refine the company's recruitment systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and onboarding procedures.
- Strategically plan, develop, and manage recruitment channels to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent that supports business objectives. Maintain and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions to support campus recruitment through school-enterprise collaborations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of talent market events and on-site recruitment activities to attract diverse talent pools.
- Organize and streamline employee onboarding processes, including coordinating entry procedures and pre-employment health checks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in hiring blue-collar workers, technicians or engineers, is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to the nature of the business.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong passion for the role, high resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
