This role involves managing recruitment needs, enhancing recruitment systems, and organizing onboarding processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in hiring within the manufacturing sector. Proficient English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required, with Mandarin being advantageous.

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality candidates who align with the company's strategic goals and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and consolidate the recruitment needs of various departments, aligning them with the current organizational structure and business growth strategies to develop the annual recruitment plan.
  • Establish and continuously refine the company's recruitment systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and onboarding procedures.
  • Strategically plan, develop, and manage recruitment channels to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent that supports business objectives. Maintain and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions to support campus recruitment through school-enterprise collaborations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of talent market events and on-site recruitment activities to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Organize and streamline employee onboarding processes, including coordinating entry procedures and pre-employment health checks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in hiring blue-collar workers, technicians or engineers, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to the nature of the business.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and approachable demeanor.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong passion for the role, high resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
