Your Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle—from job posting and candidate sourcing toscreening, interviewing, and offer management—while partnering closely withhiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process,maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Leverage social media, job portals, online sourcing techniques, and otherdigital tools to identify candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote and support the internal employee referral program by encouragingstaff participation in referring to potential candidates.
• Represent the company at recruitment events, including public job fairs andcampus hiring programs.
• Ensure internal service level agreements (SLAs) related to headcountapprovals, interview coordination, and offer processes are consistently met.
• Optimize usage of job boards by maximizing return on investment throughtalent pipeline development and increased market visibility.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers across all levels toalign on job expectations and requirements.
• Guide and support hiring managers in improving candidate identification,interview techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure recruitment practices are conducted professionally, consistently, andin compliance with internal governance standards.
• Track recruitment metrics (response rate, success rate, cost per hire, etc.)to ensure hiring objectives are achieved efficiently and cost-effectively.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with strong talentsourcing skills in an in-house setting.
• Skilled in both basic and advanced sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedInRecruiter, Boolean search, custom search engines, social media platforms).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic environments.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a strategic approach to recruitment.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks or priorities simultaneously.
