Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process across global regions in alignment with client requirements.
- Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to build robust talent pipelines.
- Provide talent-related insights to key stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and recruit candidates who are both job-fit and culture-fit for the company.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with IT & Digital portfolio is added advantage.
- Comfortable with fixed-term contract employment on annual renewal basis.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social networking tools for sourcing and talent pooling.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Self-motivated and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, capable, and credible.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Effective articulation skills to promote corporate branding and build talent pipelines.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
