As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. Acting as a key liaison between clients and candidates, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring a smooth, successful hiring journey while hitting placement targets.

What You’ll Do:

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles.
2. Talent Sourcing: Attract top candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, XHS, referrals, and events while building a strong talent pipeline.
3. Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone and video interviews to ensure alignment with client needs and company culture.
4. Job Ad Creation: Craft and post engaging job ads that reflect the role and company brand to attract suitable candidates.
5. Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
6. Offer & Negotiation: Coordinate and manage the offer process, including salary discussions and finalizing contract terms.
7. Performance Driven: Achieve monthly hiring targets, nurture a healthy talent pipeline, and support team revenue goals.
8. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to provide strategic insights to clients.
9. Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to align on client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field—agency, recruiter, or headhunter experience is a strong plus.
• Minimum of SPM qualification or higher education.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to engage with a diverse candidate base.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, XHS, and other creative methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and candidate tracking.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, positive, and result-oriented attitude.
