Job Description

Recruitment

  1. Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to dentsu’s specific needs, understanding goals, culture, staffing requirements, and business priorities.
  2. Utilise various sourcing channels and implement appropriate sourcing strategies for different roles.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for core roles, identifying key talent in the market, including gathering competitive compensation intelligence.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from resume reviews, initial interviews, candidate skills assessments for role and cultural fit, to offer management, requirements submission, asset preparation, and onboarding.
  5. Partner with HR and hiring managers in offer management and negotiation, including seeking approvals, negotiating terms, and facilitating offer acceptance.
  6. Ensure recruitment processes comply with dentsu policies and local regulations in respective markets.
  7. Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, with the capacity to handle more as business needs evolve.
  8. Actively engage in professional networks and industry events to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends.
  9. Collaborate with markets within scope to ensure timely filling of roles.
