Qualifications

  • Strong capability in different sourcing methods: talent scouting, direct sourcing, talent mapping.

As we are expanding globally, and now we are looking for a recruiter to join our dynamic team in Malaysia.

As a recruiter, you will be supporting all stages of the recruiting life cycle to assist hiring for GIE BG at Goertek. You will be an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and need to have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates. You are an expert in helping the team to grow from 0 to 1, and from 1 to N. Be a brand ambassador to advocate for Goertek and connect with candidates from different background.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent in a highly competitive talent market and achieve hiring goals.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Be a reliable partner to the business team and consult on hiring process and hiring decisions.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and identify hiring needs, and capable to influence, shape and drive effective recruiting strategies tailored to the most critical talent needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in the electronics/semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting for high caliber candidates.
  • Strong capability in different sourcing methods: talent scouting, direct sourcing, talent mapping etc..
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills to influence and advise business stakeholders.
