Job Overview
  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
  • Responsible for to attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
  • Inform of any difficulty or need to adjust employee profile or Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications for local hiring, China market and across Asia
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Scope & Authority:
  • As a result of the interviews recommend an applicant to become part of the company
  • Identify areas of opportunity of job descriptions and profiles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.
  • Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary).
  • Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage.
  • Well verse in recruitment field.
