What You’ll Do

️Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles.

️Source candidates using recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.

️Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

️Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

️Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

️Collaborate with the HR and technical teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

What We’re Looking For

️Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).

️(Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.)

️Hands-on experience using large recruitment platforms (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn).

️Familiarity with sourcing techniques and regional recruitment trends.

️Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
