• Present qualified and well-vetted candidate pools to recruiters and/or hiring managers.

4. Pipeline Management

• Build and maintain a healthy, diverse pipeline of candidates across multiple skill sets.

• Keep track of candidate status and engagement using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other sourcing tools.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Track and analyze sourcing data (e.g., candidate response rates, pipeline velocity) to continuously refine sourcing strategies.

• Provide meaningful insights on talent availability, competitor intelligence, and market trends.

6. Compliance and Best Practices

• Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing methodologies, and emerging talent acquisition tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or a similar TA-focused position, ideally within a contract/project-based environment.

• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS).
