Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identifying hiring needs in collaboration with HRBP and hiring managers
  2. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
  3. Prepare and coordinate assessment centres
Recruitment & Selection
  1. Posting job advertisements on various platforms
  2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  3. Conducting initial interviews
  4. Coordinating interviews between candidates and HRBP and hiring manager
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  1. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  2. Promoting company's employer brand through social media, university events and partnerships
  3. Managing relationships with universities, career fairs and industry groups
Process Management & Compliance
  1. Ensure complete documentation from candidates are obtained and stored in the system
  2. Managing recruitment-related administrative tasks such as offer letters and background checks
Other Duties
  1. Provide administrative support such as preparing letters, announcements, PowerPoint slides for townhall and sending onboarding surveys to new joiners
  2. Coordinating with HRBP for onboarding of new hires
  3. Uniform inventory checking and ensuring the list is kept up to date
  4. Arrange field ride/job shadow when there is a request
  5. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by HR team
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
  1. Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources Department
  3. Experience in hiring senior level positions within the organization
  4. Good command of written and spoken English
  5. Self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude
