Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while enhancing our employer brand and ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs.
- Develop, plan, and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive hiring process.
- Develop multi-hire sourcing approaches (including social media, job boards, and networking) to identify and engage potential candidates to fulfill hiring needs.
- Manage various recruitment events (interns, campus, hiring drives, etc.) as required.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to refine strategies and improve hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach towards the team and its processes.
- Enhance the company's employer brand through engaging content and active participation in industry events.
- Be consultative to the hiring team where required, e.g., with interview guides, hiring processes, ensuring the right recruitment decisions are made, and challenging business recommendations.
- Manage work-permit applications and extensions for new hires and in-country transfers where required.
- Ensure pre-employment checks are completed in line with global standards, managing any delays.
- Ensure operational effectiveness of the process and that all risk and compliance standards are met.
- Maintain high levels of policy, process, and system knowledge and capability.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in recruitment, preferably in multinational companies and financial industries.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
Key Stakeholders
- The role works very closely with:
- Business Stakeholders (Hiring Managers)
- HR BPs and other internal HR colleagues of other COEs e.g., Performance Rewards and Benefits (PRB), Employee Relations (ER), HR BPs, etc.
- Other team leads and hub leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
