As a Talent Acquisition Officer/Executive, you will play a strategic role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates for Malaysia’s MCN clients and other industries. Your responsibilities will include building a robust talent pipeline, staying ahead of market trends, and implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from initiation through onboarding, providing a seamless experience for candidates and ensuring Key Account are well at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Talent S: Source candidates through industry networks and direct headhunting, leveraging relationships and market insights to find high-quality candidates that align with the business needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build a strong pipeline of talent, ensuring an up-to-date understanding of market trends and insights to support dynamic and responsive recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for Malaysia MCN clients, from initial job launch and approvals to sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with Key Accounts: Partner closely with our Key Account teams to conduct comprehensive job launches for each role. Ensure roles are effectively advertised both internally and on external job boards and facilitate access through employee referral programs.
  • Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Perform detailed CV screening, coordinate interview schedules, and collect feedback to ensure a smooth recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Cost-Efficient Recruitment Solutions: Design and implement cost-effective strategies that attract and secure top talent, optimizing recruitment processes and minimizing expenses.
  • Consultative Relationship Building: Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic insights that support long-term recruitment objectives.
  • University and Brand Partnerships: Establish partnerships with leading universities, creating pipelines for emerging talent, and drive social media branding efforts to enhance visibility and attract talent.
