Job Responsibility

  • As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting e.g. hiring, interviewing, and recruiting.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicantsâ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the companyâs reputation as âbest place to workâ

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred
  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or staffing agency)
  • Experience working in a BPO industry is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills
