Job Responsibility
- As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting e.g. hiring, interviewing, and recruiting.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicantsâ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote the companyâs reputation as âbest place to workâ
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or staffing agency)
- Experience working in a BPO industry is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills
