They are currently looking for a TA Manager to join their growing team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-

  • Lead and strategize hiring for the company
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates
  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring performance
  • Work with external recruitment agencies and job boards
