Job description

Overview:

Adecco's client is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory compliance, and a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding. (This is an independent role supporting Malaysia and Singapore hirings.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives, leveraging data insights to drive continuous process improvement, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on hiring strategies.
  • Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, enhancing the company’s visibility through social media, career events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies across all recruitment activities, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and support their involvement in delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor recruitment performance, assess hiring trends, and guide decision-making.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including high-volume and multi-regional hiring.
  • Strong track record in executing recruitment strategies, employer branding, and sourcing initiatives across various platforms and channels.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and geographies, including remote teams.
  • Proficient in recruitment technologies such as ATS, job boards, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Agile, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate change, manage competing priorities, and maintain a strong candidate-centric approach.

Budget: Basic up to RM 10K to RM 12K
