Overview:
Adecco's client is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory compliance, and a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding. (This is an independent role supporting Malaysia and Singapore hirings.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives, leveraging data insights to drive continuous process improvement, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on hiring strategies.
- Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, enhancing the company’s visibility through social media, career events, and targeted campaigns.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies across all recruitment activities, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and support their involvement in delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor recruitment performance, assess hiring trends, and guide decision-making.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including high-volume and multi-regional hiring.
- Strong track record in executing recruitment strategies, employer branding, and sourcing initiatives across various platforms and channels.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and geographies, including remote teams.
- Proficient in recruitment technologies such as ATS, job boards, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
- Agile, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate change, manage competing priorities, and maintain a strong candidate-centric approach.
Budget: Basic up to RM 10K to RM 12K
