Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Cycle

核心职责

  • Drive Talent Acquisition needs aligned with business plan, fulfill right matched pipeline vacancies in the organization as full hiring cycle including job approval, job posting, search and selection, offering and pre onboarding.
  • Drive to promote diverse recruiting channels for the fulfillment as a most cost and time effective way, achieving recruiting annual metrics.
  • Measure recruiting performance by preparing reports and dashboards. Effectively manage the recruiting channels to facilitate strategic and real needs. (Channels include but are not limited to internal, direct search, talent pool mapping, social media, referrals, campus, recruiting agencies, etc.)
  • Build competitive market maps to enhance talent market insight and pipeline pooling.
  • Employer Branding

  • Lead talent acquisition campaign activities to enhance recruiting effectiveness and employer branding in Southeast Asia countries.

  • Support organizing local learning activities and collecting/analyzing learning needs.
  • Work with Talent Management team to support local talent development programs.

Qualifications

教育背景要求:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Relevant experience in talent attraction and acquisition in a matrix organization (6-8 years or more)

知识和经验:

  • Required: 6-8 years’ or above talent attraction and acquisition relevant experience in a matrix organization
  • Preferred: Background in Human Resources, Psychology, or Commerce is an advantage.

技术/技能要求:

  • Required: Solid end-to-end recruiting experience with excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and coordination skills. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay.
  • Preferred: TA COE project design and implementation experience, SEA exposure, learning development/HRBP experience, ATS proficiency or greenfield project experience.
