Job Description
Provide comprehensive support and guidance across the full range of HRfunctions in MT-MY and MT-SEA. Act as a dependable and trusted partner to theorganisation’s business units. Deliver effective HR services and support byapplying HR administrative knowledge and experience, coupled with advisoryexpertise in HR matters relevant to the business—ensuring high customersatisfaction and operational excellence.
Recruitment
- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms(both internal and external)
- Review candidate profiles, perform cold calling,shortlist, and align top talent with open roles
- Coordinate and participate in interviewscheduling and conducting with hiring managers
- Perform reference checks as needed
- Facilitate seamless candidate placement,ensuring pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-boarding support meets or exceedsexpectations
EmployerBranding
- Support and contribute to building a strong andpositive employer image to attract external candidates
- Organize or participate in initiatives likecareer fairs, career talks, and office visits to nurture talent pipelines
- Lead implementation of Management Trainee andInternship Programs, and build connections with student leaders and careercounselors from higher learning institutions
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships withexternal parties such as recruitment agencies and academic institutions
- Maintain a strong employer branding presence viasocial media and creative engagement approaches to promote the company group inthe talent market
Administration
- Ensure recruitment platforms (internal andexternal) are regularly updated and revised in a timely manner
- Develop and review job descriptions for both newand existing roles in collaboration with HRBPs and hiring managers to alignwith business goals and candidate profiles
- Prepare salary proposals and draft employmentcontracts
- Handle all candidate applications, includingthose for expatriates and foreign workers
- Manage contract renewals and agreements withrecruitment vendors, ensuring they perform within agreed SLAs and budgets
- Serve as the first point of contact for employeeand candidate queries related to recruitment
Reporting
- Provide market insights or conduct research forHRBPs, hiring managers, and analytics teams on compensation trends and evolvingjob roles in the industry
- Update and deliver recruitment-related reportsin a timely fashion (e.g., dashboards, career fair feedback, candidateexperience summaries)
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on annualworkforce planning and recruitment budgeting
- Assist in job analysis by offering professionaladvice and expertise regarding job scope and expectations
ProcessDevelopment/Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitmentand onboarding processes for greater operational effectiveness
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliantwith applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers todesign recruitment strategies that align with local market demands andaccurately target suitable talent pools in MY and SEA

Mandatory:
- Bachelor's Degree in BusinessAdministration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10–12 years of direct experience in Talent Acquisition andend-to-end recruitment processes within a multinational environment
- Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong administrative and planning capabilities, with proven ability to setpriorities, multitask, follow through with urgency, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) and familiarwith popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and recruitment techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with solid business acumenand ability to build and maintain strong relationships across allorganizational levels
