  • Lead and support the recruitment team, ensuring effective hiring practices and a strong candidate experience.


  • Design and implement strategic plans to attract top talent in a competitive market.


  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to business and HR leaders, offering insights, data, and market intelligence.


  • Oversee sourcing strategies and build strong external partnerships to maintain a steady talent pipeline.


  • Step in as needed to troubleshoot recruitment challenges and ensure hiring success.


  • Mentor and develop recruiters, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.


  • Align recruitment practices with global standards and promote continuous improvement.


  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with business objectives.


  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

The Successful Applicant



  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


  • At least 5+ years of experience in recruitment with a strong background in Tech or Consultancy hirings.


  • Strong leadership exposure in leading a team size of 5 as a minimum.


  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
