What would you do?

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Achieve set time-to-fill targets while maintaining high standards for quality of hire.
  • Monitor recruitment performance in real-time to ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and define selection criteria.
  • Source and establish relationships with potential candidates across various channels.
  • Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term focus on hiring diverse and qualified talent.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet the hiring needs for assigned roles.
  • Conduct and analyze background check reports to identify and address any potential red flags, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Review and share reference check reports with hiring managers, providing insights for candidate development and utilizing strengths to enhance retention.
  • Analyze and prepare behavioral assessment reports to guide interviewers in probing further on areas for improvement, and share insights with hiring managers for candidate development.
  • Prepare and issue employment offer letters to successful candidates.
  • Administer candidate and hiring manager experience surveys to gather feedback.
  • Communicate hiring updates to hiring managers and candidates, including sending rejection notices and hiring updates on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure accuracy in systems and trackers, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Contribute to recruitment initiatives such as walk-in interviews for large-scale hiring.
  • Create, manage, and analyze the recruitment dashboard to track key metrics and develop action plans for process improvement.
  • Oversee the analysis of surveys to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences, implementing action plans based on insights.
  • Lead and optimize engagement programs like the Bring Your Own Buddy (BYOB) referral initiative to drive successful hires.
  • Plan and participate in talent acquisition programs, including but not limited to campus hiring, career fairs, diversity recruitment drives, and internship programs to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance employer branding.
  • Maintain compliance with talent acquisition policies, ensuring document and data accuracy for new hires.
  • Conduct watchlist checks to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in the hiring process.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within HR, focusing on enhancing the candidate and hiring manager lifecycle.
  • A willingness to work flexibly as and when required.

Who should join us?

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to recruitment.
  • Experience working in organizations governed by regulatory frameworks such as Bank Negara, SOX Compliance, or equivalent is essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and optimizing HR processes using data-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR and recruitment data to improve hiring processes, including time-to-hire, cost per hire, and candidate quality metrics.
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS and HRIS, using these platforms to manage HR data and automate reporting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of the value of diverse talent and cultural competency in hiring practices.
