Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to join our HR team and drive the strategic hiring of top talent across the company. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent planning, and employer branding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning

1. Partner with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Serve as the subject matter expert on talent acquisition best practices.

3. Contribute to workforce planning, talent mapping, and market analysis for future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

2. Provide regular recruitment progress updates and consult on selection decisions.

3. Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

1. Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

2. Conduct detailed screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities and cultural fit.

3. Guide hiring managers on interview techniques and ensure a fair, structured selection process.

Employer Branding & Engagement

1. Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.

2. Work with the design and marketing teams to implement employer branding campaigns.

3. Create engaging recruitment content (videos, blogs, employee stories) to showcase company culture.

Performance Management

1. Implement and manage performance management processes aligned with corporate guidelines.

2. Lead performance cycles: planning, target setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and annual salary reviews.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

4. Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

5. Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful.

6. Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach.

Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment and support employer branding activities. This role is essential in building a robust talent pipeline and ensuring seamless recruitment operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

2. Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

3. Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

2. Create engaging and informative job postings.

3. Leverage employee referrals and passive sourcing techniques.

Recruitment Process Management

1. Manage the recruitment workflow from initial contact to onboarding.

2. Maintain accurate and updated records in the HR system

3. Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding procedures.

Employer Branding

1. Represent the company at job fairs and industry events.

2. Contribute to employer branding content and campaigns.

3. Promote the organization as an employer of choice across platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

4. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.

5. Experience in employer branding or HR-related areas is an added advantage.
