Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in shaping and executing the hiring strategy for the organization. This role requires deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management to attract top-tier talent across functions. The position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, enhancing workforce capability and aligning talent strategies with overall organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across business units, ensuring alignment with manpower planning and business growth targets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent requirements, workforce planning, and organizational structures.
- Build robust pipelines for niche and critical roles through proactive sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent pooling.
- Leverage digital recruitment tools, social media platforms, and internal systems to identify and engage with top talent efficiently.
- Implement and continuously improve recruiting processes, KPIs, and systems to drive efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives in alignment with corporate HR and marketing, representing the company at external events and job fairs to enhance visibility.
- Conduct structured interviews and guide hiring managers in competency-based selection and fair evaluation practices.
- Monitor hiring metrics and provide strategic insights and reports to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with global hiring standards, diversity and inclusion policies, and local labor regulations across all recruitment activities.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with regional/global TA teams to share best practices and align on recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a talent acquisition leadership or business partnering role within a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in managing volume and specialist hiring across multiple business functions and regions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and talent intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS; Workday experience will be a strong advantage.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
