This role is responsible for helping the company find and retain excellent employees. The incumbent is entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build strong employment branding, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Talent Quality Assurance - Ensure all new hires meet or exceed the qualifications and performance standards required for their respective roles.
- Strategic Recruitment Planning - Designs and executes recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to attract a diverse pool of candidates with the right skills for both current and future vacancies.
- Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight - Leads the Recruitment team to meet defined hiring targets and timelines, effectively managing both volume hiring and niche talent needs.
- Process Standardization - Drives consistency and efficiency by standardizing the recruitment process and tools across the organization.
- Talent Acquisition Advisory - Partner with business leaders to shape the future of talent acquisition by contributing to workforce planning, budget forecasting and strategic hiring roadmaps.
- End-to-end Recruitment Ownership - Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including contractual arrangements, onboarding logistics and documentation collection.
- Onboarding Experience - Owns and enhances the pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including leading the New Hire Orientation experience to ensure a positive first impression.
- Agency Relationship - Maintains and strengthens partnership with 3rd party recruitment agencies and staffing vendors, ensuring alignment with internal hiring needs.
- Employer Branding - Enhances the company’s employer brand visibility in the external market to attract high-quality talent and position the organization as an employer of choice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of solid working experience as TA/ Recruiter, preferably working in a recruitment agency before
- Proven track record as an internal TA expert
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes like online interviews and reference check
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
- Good stakeholders’ management
