Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who will take on a dual role: leading recruitment efforts across various functions (Mainly for MYS) and serving as the HR Business Partner for Southeast Asia. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments and countries within the region.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Post job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offer processes.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Leverage recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) and social media to attract top talent.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment programs.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders in Southeast Asia, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies across Southeast Asia.
- Lead change management and support organizational development efforts in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on recruitment.
- Proven experience working in a regional or multi-country HR role, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, HRIS platforms(Success Factors), and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
