Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Recruitment Executive to drive end-to-end hiring across HQ, outlets and warehouse. You will post ads, source candidates on JobStreet, Indeed and LinkedIn, screen CVs, schedule interviews and coordinate offers with hiring managers.

The role builds a talent pipeline for frequent hires and requires a degree/diploma in HRM or related field with pluses for high-volume or retail recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Experience in high-volume or retail recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for HQ, outlets and warehouse.
• Post job ads and source candidates via job portals and social media.
• Screen CVs, arrange and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Build a talent pipeline for frequently hired roles.
