DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

Identifying regional talent pools and tailoring recruitment efforts to each market.

Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.

Mentoring junior team members and potentially leading a small team

Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for regional positions, including sourcing, interviewing etc.

Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.

Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).

Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.

Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.

Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.

Host and participate in job fairs.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.

Create and publish job ads in various portals.

What we’re looking for:

Experience: At least 1 year of in-house or agency experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a similar role.

Job Platforms: Hands-on experience using major job boards and recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Jobs, etc.).

Sourcing Skills: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and niche professional websites.

Proactivity: A self-starter who is enthusiastic about gaining regional hiring exposure and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Language:
Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin will be added advantages.
