Job description

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive (F&B Retail Employee Hiring) to join our team. You will play a key role in the recruitment and operational success of our stores, managing end-to-end recruitment for positions ranging from Barista to Store Manager levels. This role will also involve a mix of administrative duties, engagement activities, and supporting store managers across a growing number of locations.

Working location: Damansara Utama, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire hiring process for various store positions (Barista to Store Manager). This includes job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Leverage different recruitment channels such as in-store posters, Facebook communities, and job boards to attract a high volume of candidates.
  3. Support the team in developing engagement activities and fostering a positive work culture. Help manage internal promotions and employee development.
  4. Handle documentation related to recruitment, including contracts, offer letters, and compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws.
  5. Conduct high-volume hiring (approximately 70-90 headcounts per month), ensuring thorough tracking and documentation in Excel.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the F&B, retail, or fast-food industries.
  2. Excellent communication skills in professional English (both written and spoken).
  3. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR documentation processes.
  4. Prior experience in quick service restaurants (QSR) or retail environments is preferred.
  5. Capable of working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
