Talent Acquisition Executive! We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment and help drive impactful hiring strategies to build a strong workforce.

Job responsibilities;

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create effective job ads.

Build talent pipelines through platforms, referrals, and networking.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Support onboarding, employee movements (confirmations, resignations, promotions), and file updates.

Assist with employer branding and HR projects as needed.

Job Requirements;

Candidate must possess at least diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or multisector environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
