What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team managers and support workforce planning for new store openings.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate-to-employee transition.

What we're looking for
