Job description

Zalora is looking for a Talent Acquisition with knowledge of candidate sourcing to join our busy team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment with telephone interviewing candidates for roles across various departments, organizing interviews,
employer branding and ad hoc administration duties. This is an extremely fast-paced role where you’ll be able to continue to strengthen your administration skills and build on your resourcing experience and develop your recruitment skills in a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Planning
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and job descriptions.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
    • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening
    • Proactively source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, and job portals).
    • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit.
    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  3. Interviewing and Selection
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Assist with interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
    • Facilitate candidate assessments or tests where applicable.
  4. Offer and Onboarding
    • Negotiate offers in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers.
    • Extend formal job offers and manage the onboarding process.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
  5. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
    • Promote the company’s employer brand across platforms and recruitment events.
    • Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  6. Reporting and Metrics
    • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency) at least 1-2 year experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with candidates and the wider business.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Multilingual abilities can be a plus (especially for international roles).
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary.
