- Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates, managing relationships with them to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Timely update all recruitment reports.
- Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Track and report key metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, conversion rates, etc.
