Job Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Pre-screen resumes and reach out to candidates to assess their qualifications, experiences, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates, managing relationships with them to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Timely update all recruitment reports.
  • Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Track and report key metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, conversion rates, etc.

Job Requirements
