As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support high-volume hiring across various business functions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, eager to develop their talent acquisition skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring process.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking efforts.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling volume hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using job portals, social media, and networking strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus.
