Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Process Executive

Job Description:

  1. Act as point of contact for all escalated interview-related queries from talent acquisition partners, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewing managers.
  2. Coordinate administration for HR projects, participate in HR audits, and organize HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  3. Manage the interview process according to approved guidelines:
    1. Ensure the required interview booking documents are uploaded by the talent acquisition partner in Workday.
    2. Establish the interview date by liaising via online resources and/or telephone with the candidate and interviewer, checking calendars or reaching out to the responsible person.
    3. Process and generate the interview booking and details in Workday.
    4. Check and confirm that all details are correctly generated by the system.
    5. Send interview invitations to candidates and interviewers.
    6. Monitor the interview process to ensure it runs smoothly.
    7. Assist with and process interview rescheduling as required.

4. Others:

  1. Liaise with talent acquisition partners regarding any issues with candidates, hiring managers, or interviewing managers.
  2. Support Skilled Agent & Team Lead as needed.
  3. Provide guidance to Senior and Junior agents.

Education/Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/
