Siemens Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Malaysia to support recruitment efforts across the APAC region. The role involves coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding processes, and optimizing recruitment strategies. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong organizational skills and proficiency in various software tools.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with Talent Acquisition team to assist in providing logistics and administrative support including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, preboarding coordination with the stakeholders, document handling etc. The position has heavy interaction with hiring manager and potential candidates for APAC region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Facilitate the coordination and scheduling interviews with potential candidates and hiring manager across APAC region
Assist with new hire onboarding (eg prepare necessary paperwork, document collection)
Assist in sourcing, phone screening as required by the Talent Acquisition Partners.
Involve in optimization and streamlining of recruitment process project for APAC region
What You Bring
A sound bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administrative
Minimum of 2-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources or in similar role
Strong organization, planning and time management skill and able to deliver high quality work
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with good learning attitude and resourceful in problem solving
Familiar with Applicant Tracking System eg Avature, Taleo, Successfactor will be an added advantage
