Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and enhance the candidate experience.

This role also involves building professional relationships (internal and external), leading and improving the selection process, managing advertisements, social media, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Support the recruitment process to fill positions within lead times and budget.
  • Work with Talent Specialists on recruitment budgets and ensure costs stay within the AOP.
  • Support Campus Recruitment, candidate engagement, and local talent pool development.
  • Develop staffing and recruiting plans with leadership, HR, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements and assessment criteria.
  • Manage applications, interviews, tests, and shortlist candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding, prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, and complete paperwork.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Develop internship programs to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions for internship promotion.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Support administrative tasks like tracking metrics, preparing reports, and maintaining files.

Qualifications

We want innovative, eager learners! Here’s what we look for:

  • Academic Program: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS systems is a plus; service-oriented and proactive problem-solver; training, coaching, change management skills.
  • Personal Traits: Structured, driven, energetic, excellent communicator, team player, and independent worker.
