Cigna is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and managing background checks while contributing to various talent acquisition projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves coordinating interviews, sending pre-interview assessments, initiating background checks, and contributing to candidate sourcing and pipelining. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in various talent-acquisition-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews for recruiters across different regions (APAC and EMEA).
Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
Ensure a seamless interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers by coordinating interview logistics and maintaining communication.
2. Assessment:
Send assessments to candidates as required by the hiring process.
Initiate background checks for new hires, liaising with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
Track and follow up on background check reports, ensuring timely completion and appropriate next steps.
4. Sourcing and Pipelining:
Assist recruiters with sourcing and identifying potential candidates for key roles.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on role requirements.
5. Talent Acquisition Projects:
Contribute to various talent acquisition initiatives and projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with the Workday system.
Experience with sourcing is a plus.
