Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support our recruitment process from start to finish. The TA Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role is critical in maintaining a positive candidate experience and streamlining recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting events
  • Communicate interview logistics to candidates and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Support recruiters in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach
  • Handle pre-employment paperwork and background checks
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other candidate documentation
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruitment-related projects
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Manage vendor onboarding processes, payment and other administrative duties

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in HR or recruiting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Workday
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
