Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives. You will engage with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate closely with them throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
  4. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  6. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and talent availability.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and willingness to put in extra effort; candidates without experience but eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • May be required to travel to Singapore for 1 to 2 months for training.
